Our Cheesy Garlic Biscuits are an easy to make copycat recipe for Cheddar Bay Biscuits from Red Lobster.  Chock full of cheddar cheese and yummy garlic butter goodness, these biscuits are always a crowd-pleaser.

Nancy's husband is the official Two Sisters' Taste Tester and when he tried these Cheesy Garlic Biscuits he said that they tasted just like the one's at Red Lobster. Eureka – this copycat recipe for Cheddar Bay Biscuits was a success! Filled with yummy melted cheese and topped with melted garlic butter these drop biscuits were a hit with the whole family and could not have been easier to make. Enjoy!

Ingredients you will need

All the ingredients you will need to make Cheese Garlic Biscuits including  Bisquick, Cheddar Cheese, Milk, Melted Butter, Parsley Flakes and Garlic Powder.

Ingredient Note: Bisquick is an ingredient from our mother's generation but it is handy to have around. We still use it for drop biscuits like this and pancakes.

How to make the Biscuit Dough

Step 1: Add the Bisquick mix, Milk, and the Garlic Powder to a medium sized mixing bowl.
Step 2: Stir until just until combined.
Step 3: Add the grated cheese and fold it into the biscuit mixture.
Step 4: Drop the biscuit dough by the spoonful onto a prepared cookie sheet.

Baking Instructions

Step 5 & 6: Bake in an oven preheated to 450 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.

How to Make the Garlic Butter Topping

Step 7: While the biscuits are in the oven, melt the butter and then add the Garlic Powder and Parsley Flakes. Stir until combined.
Step 8: When the biscuits are out of the oven and while they are still hot, use a pastry brush to cover the biscuits with the Garlic Butter mixture. Yum!

Step 9: Serve while still warm and the cheese inside is still melty and delicious!  YUM x 1000!
